Information we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or address, requested service, and the details you choose to provide about your home, furnishings, or scheduling needs. We may also maintain service, estimate, payment-status, and communication records after you become a customer.

Please do not submit payment-card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through our website forms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, maintain customer and service records, communicate about an active request or appointment, protect our website from misuse, and improve our operations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How information is stored and shared

Website requests are transmitted to our secure business tools, including Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script, where Avelo maintains its lead and service records. We may also use service providers for website hosting, security, communications, scheduling, and payment processing. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We do not store payment-card details in our website forms or customer spreadsheet.

Retention

We retain prospective-client information for up to 18 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless we need it longer for an active request, customer relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or legitimate business record. Customer service and payment records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for operations, tax, or legal purposes.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. To make a request, email info@avelocleaning.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your request before acting on it.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential technical information needed to operate and secure the site. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no consistent industry standard exists for interpreting them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
